Our Story
Mentorship and Beyond (M&B) is a non-profit making ecosystem that is premised on God's principles of Dominion. The program was initiated in January 2016 with an intention of giving youths in the age bracket of 18 to 30 years a forum to mature up their lives in a wholesome and holistic way.
Over time and through various interactions with the young people, the vision bearers found that as a result of dysfunctional family settings within our society, many youths are unconsciously looking for a family to fit in, which results in wrong associations, wrong decisions and internal wrangles around failure.
To-date, around 500 youths have gone through the program and a few have already created ventures that have offered job opportunities to their peers in line with the SDG goals.
Our Approach
The program is a 4-level graduated voluntary process whose end product is an all-rounded mentee who is self and God aware in their lives and owns a Venture that generates revenues for their livelihood and solves societal problems in line with the Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) of the UN Habitat.
