Mentor Morris's library

Spider Secrets

“The spider takes hold with her hands, and is in kings’ palaces.” Proverbs 30:28 gives the library its name and the whole journey its picture: a small creature, patient and skilled, ends up in the palace. Here is how the web is woven, and the books that walk with it.

Seven strands, one web

Every F-CREATE module is a strand. Watch the spider weave them in the order the mentors teach them, then tap any strand to open what it does, the day of creation it is taught from, and a line from the classes.

Facing Me

Discover who you really are before anyone else tells you. Temperament, personality, how you communicate, how you receive love.

“If you do not know who you are, people will tell you who you should be.”Taught in the Season 6 classes, 2021
Genesis 1:26
Made in the image and likeness of God: the identity everything else stands on.
On the web: The descent begins
You cannot choose well until you have faced yourself.

Why the web dips. The mentors draw the season as a V: down through Choices, Reality and Expose to rock bottom, then up through Action and Taking Charge to Excel. The web is hung the same way, so the lowest strand is the turning point, and the climb out ends at the beam the whole web hangs from.

Why a spider

Small, patient, and in the palace

Proverbs 30:24 to 28 lists four things that are little on the earth but exceedingly wise: the ant, the coney, the locust, and the spider. The mentors return to that chapter from the first orientation to the last class.

She takes hold with her hands

No capital, no connections, no permission. The spider starts with what is in her hands, and that is the only starting point M&B asks of anyone.

No strand holds on its own

The seven modules are tied to each other by the rings: weekly classes, one-on-ones, assignments done in small groups, and the mentees who went before you.

And is in kings’ palaces

The web hangs from the levels beyond the foundation. Finish Excel and you climb the anchor thread: Graduate, Associate, and one day Partner.

Beyond the foundation

The three anchor threads

The foundation is open to everyone aged 18 to 30. What follows is earned, one level at a time.

Level 2

Graduate

Entrepreneurship training for those who finish the foundation: a venture idea tested against real milestones, with mentors who have built their own.

Level 3

Associate

Your venture on a track, agribusiness, manufacturing or innovation, with the team and the discipline it takes to run something that must earn.

Level 4

Partner

When your venture breaks even you become a partner: you walk with the next generation, and the web you were woven into is now partly yours to weave.

Three streams run through every level: self discovery, entrepreneurship training, and spiritual maturity.
