A whole-life mentorship journey

The program takes you through self-mastery under the four pillars of life, Private, Personal, Professional and Public.

Weekly Zoom Sessions

14 structured online group-mentorship sessions, every Thursday 9:00–10:00 PM, led by experienced mentors.

Quarterly Experiences

Meet & greets, road trips, camping and hiking, one outdoor event every quarter, ending with the M&B Annual Fest.

Identity & Purpose

A Christ-centered curriculum, open to all, that grounds who you are before any other transaction in life.

Certificate & Community

Graduate on the last Sunday of November with a certificate and a lifelong alumni family of 500+ mentees.

Pay & Interview

Pay the commitment fee via M-PESA, submit your code, and meet the onboarding team.
