This program is designed to be challenging, pushing mentees to engage deeply with their values, beliefs and goals. With strict rules of engagement and a high standard of accountability, only those with strong commitment complete the program.
Historically, only 50–60% of each cohort reaches graduation day, a testament to the transformative but demanding nature of this journey.
