A rigorous path to self-mastery

This program is designed to be challenging, pushing mentees to engage deeply with their values, beliefs and goals. With strict rules of engagement and a high standard of accountability, only those with strong commitment complete the program.

Historically, only 50–60% of each cohort reaches graduation day, a testament to the transformative but demanding nature of this journey.

Inside a Class

How a class runs

The same rhythm has carried every season. Two mentors, one hour, and a task to take into the week.

  1. Prayer and check-inA mentee opens in prayer. Two or three people are asked how their week went and how the last assignment landed.
  2. RecapWhich letter and which day of creation the class is on, and how it follows from the last one.
  3. The frameworkScripture-led teaching with numbered points, each with a definition and a plain example from youth life.
  4. The realities of the matterStories from the mentors' own lives, and a challenge to act on what was taught.
  5. ReactionsTakeaways typed in the chat, then a few mentees speak, mixing men and women, quiet and loud.
  6. An assignment with a deadlineOften done in small groups between classes, plus three compulsory one-on-ones with a mentor each season.

Before you apply

Who can join?

Young people aged 18 to 30, in Kenya or anywhere they can join a Zoom call. The programme is Christ-centered and open to all.

What does it cost?

Applying is free. Once you are accepted, the commitment fee is KSh 1,000 (KSh 500 if you have been through the programme before), paid by M-PESA. F-CREATE Digital has its own programme fee.

How much time does it take?

One hour a week in class, every Thursday 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM, an assignment between classes, three one-on-ones with a mentor, and one outdoor experience each quarter.

What if I miss classes?

The programme is demanding on purpose: historically 50 to 60 percent of each cohort reaches graduation day. Attendance and assignments are tracked, and your mentor will follow up before you fall behind.

What is the difference between the live cohort and F-CREATE Digital?

The live cohort meets weekly with mentors, small groups and outdoor events. F-CREATE Digital gives you the same seven modules on your phone, at your own pace, with reflections, module checks and a certificate. F-CREATE Digital opens for payment on 4 January 2027; join the waiting list now and a live cohort later.

What happens after graduation?

Graduates can go on to the Graduate level (entrepreneurship training), then Associate (a venture on a track) and Partner, once their venture breaks even. See the levels.
