Mentorship and Beyond (M&B) is a non-profit ecosystem premised on God's principles of Dominion. The program was initiated in January 2016 to give youths aged 18 to 30 a forum to mature their lives in a wholesome, holistic way.
Through interactions with young people, the vision bearers found that dysfunctional family settings leave many youths unconsciously looking for a family to fit in, leading to wrong associations, wrong decisions and internal wrangles around failure.
To date, around 500 youths have gone through the program, and several have created ventures that offer job opportunities to their peers in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
A graduated voluntary process whose end product is an all-rounded mentee, self- and God-aware, owning a venture that generates revenue and solves societal problems.
